Teen Relationship
Glow-Up Workshop
Join us for an engaging all-day workshop designed specifically for teens to explore the essentials of building healthy relationships!
Participants will dive into effective communication strategies, discover their unique relationship profiles, and learn about the fundamental differences between males and females.
We’ll discuss important relationship flags, both the red and yellow ones to watch out for, as well as the necessary green flags that signify a connection.
By the end of the day, teens will feel empowered with the language and tools needed to set physical, mental, and emotional boundaries, helping them become the kind of person ready for meaningful relationships.

What Others Are Saying
Davis County Teen
"Ashly really knows what she's doing And she makes the things that you think would be boring - not boring!"
-M.J., 14 y/o
Utah County Teen
"I didn't want to go at first, but I was surprised at how easily I was able to connect with Janene because she seemed to really want to know who I was as a person, and seemed to remember how it was to be a teenager herself. I don't usually like adults giving counsel or holding me accountable. But when Janene felt it was important to bring a different perspective, it didn't feel threatening, it felt reassuring. "

Utah County Parent
"I attended one of Janene’s presentations as a Parent and enjoyed her lively presentation style, how accessible she is, and the realistic outlook on raising teens nowadays. Janene also taught concrete strategies we as parents can use to better connect and partner with our teens."

-
We will be teaching healthy interactions, respectful conversations, and how to get along with each other without awkwardness or inappropriate conversations. For this cause, we will not be separating by gender but will be using the dynamics to teach the lessons.
Will the teens be paired off or in a date-like scenario?
-
Absolutely not. Whole-group interactions and small-group experiences, with a specially planned lunch, will teach us all the conversation skills needed to thrive when your teen decides they are ready to date. We will not be forcing that decision on anyone during the workshop.
