Divorce can be a difficult and emotional process, especially when children are involved. Our values-based mediation services prioritize the needs of the child and aim to find creative and collaborative solutions that work for everyone involved. Values-Based Mediation
I believe that co-parenting should be as positive as possible for everyone involved, most especially the child. My values-based mediation process is designed to help you and your co-parent find common ground and work together towards a solution that benefits your child's well-being. With a transformative mediation approach, I focus on your strengths and values to create a peaceful and respectful co-parenting relationship.

My rates are just $150/hour with or without an attorney present with 50% due at time of booking.
I require a minimum of 2 hours during each session and a minimum of 2 sessions.
This four-hour process is similar to what is expected in traditional mediation; however, I divide it into two sessions:
Session one: prioritizes getting to know you and your co-parent's strengths and values, understanding your stance an preferences for common divorce topics (parenting plan, child support, assets division, etc.)

Session two: prioritizes solution-finding
You will have specific homework in between the two sessions to brainstorm possible solutions for a specific topic. In traditional mediation, brainstorming is done with mediators and attorneys still on the clock.
I prefer to save you the money.
We will schedule both sessions at time of booking.

Traditional Mediation
Traditional mediation may be what's best for you if you are seeking a resolution for a dispute that isn't related to divorce or your divorce doesn't involve minor children. Traditional mediation services, prioritize timeliness and aim to guide you in finding a solution that works best for your scenario. Whether you choose to have attorneys present or not, our focus is on finding a resolution that works for everyone involved.
Traditional mediation rates are $180/ hour and require a 4-hour minimum
