Mediation Services
Values-Based Mediation
Rejoice's unique approach to mediation
Values-based mediation is an innovative approach that prioritizes understanding each party's core values, making it especially effective in high-conflict divorce situations. By dedicating time to explore what truly matters to each individual, even the most challenging divorce scenarios can find resolutions. This requires a minimum of 3 two-hour mediation sessions.
This method is particularly beneficial for those navigating coparenting mediation or divorcing with special needs kids, as it fosters cooperation and mutual respect. Embrace values-based mediation to create a more harmonious path through the complexities of divorce.
Traditional Mediation
Standard approach to mediation
Traditional mediation serves as a vital tool for resolving disputes. Any dispute can be mediated; however, it's most commonly discussed in the context of divorce, high-conflict divorce situations, and co-parenting mediation. The primary goals of traditional mediation are to facilitate open communication and find a middle ground that satisfies both parties.
Whether in-person or online, this process can be conducted with or without attorneys present, allowing for flexibility tailored to the specific needs of the participants. For those navigating the complexities of divorcing with special needs kids, traditional mediation offers a constructive environment to discuss concerns and reach amicable agreements.

Traditional mediation is one marathon session with a minimum of four hours. Subsequent sessions are scheduled as needed.
